Dionys Kessler
Dionys Kessler has been working in customer service since 1988 and brings over three decades of experience in leading positions in the medical, pharmaceutical, food, and industrial sectors.
Thanks to his international experience as a service and production manager for medical and analytical devices at the business unit level, he has extensive operational and strategic expertise. This enables him to further develop our service activities in a targeted manner and set new standards.
A central focus of his work lies in actively participating in the development of new devices and continuously optimizing existing technologies. His many years of field experience directly contribute to improving functionality, user-friendliness, and maintenance concepts.
He has particular expertise in the areas of occupational safety, process optimization, and hygiene—especially in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, where his expertise is also in demand internationally.
Dionys Kessler is a certified validation officer for computer-aided systems and medical devices. He has also completed further training in 3D CAD design, holds a specialist license for refrigerants, and has successfully completed the NIV 14 and NIV 15 courses.
Beyond his everyday professional life, he also shows commitment by accompanying school classes on excursions and class camps, thus making a valuable contribution to promoting young talent.
